Excellent customer service & packing. The paper performs surprisingly well for the price point & the book looks a lot more expensive than it cost. Cover was a little dirty on the inside, but it's no biggie. Handles my very wet fountain pen ink brilliantly. Ring binding isn't as big as I feared, so that's another plus point.
